Scones on parade


These are some parmesan/cheddar cheese scones in their virgin incarnations. That means that they've been baked for the first time by 2 bumbling chef wannabes. It turned out pretty good for a first attempt. In fact, I like them much better than the one that I tried at Sun Moulin which while was more of a traditional scone in terms of texture and hardness, lacked the cheese flavor. I guess that the benefit of making them oneself is that you can definitely tailor the ingredients to your tastes.
