The one at the old Island Cafe but as you might have surmised from the world old, they're not around anymore.

Grandma's was good, but I haven't been there in years so I don't know if they still are.

Maybe you can give those at Tanjong Pagar Food Centre a go. There're a couple of stalls there which look like they are worth trying.LiquidShaDowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00426020284591387403noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33683574.post-50882921609287425402018-10-08T23:08:10.901+08:002018-10-08T23:08:10.901+08:00Hello Small Potatoes, found your blog yesterday an...Hello Small Potatoes, found your blog yesterday and I have to say I really like your style: how critical you are of food places, short descriptions with nice photographs, as well as covering everything from hawker to higher-end restaurants.

Seems like a trend that it's really hard to find good nasi lemak rice these days! Places with good sambal, chicken wing, assortments of ingredients etc are a dime a dozen; but the rice which should be the main star, is seldom quality.

Want to ask your opinion as to where has acceptably good, fragrant, flavourful nasi lemak rice? (Especially in central areas? It seems like all the famous nasi lemak is at the far corners of SG, Boon Lay, Yishun, Changi...)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14818255630994978105noreply@blogger.com
