I've seen this stall (#01-25 Amoy Street Food Centre, 7 Maxwell Road) around. Business always looked brisk. Never tried them because of my aversion to 99+% of local beef hor fun. But I was intrigued by their beef fried rice. It didn't taste like what I had imagined of fried rice. This was more like the rice version of their beef hor fun stir fried with the same condiments. Soy savoury sweetness and pretty moist/oily. Did not taste bad and portions are generous. Both the red and pickled green chilli definitely helped to cut through the grease.
But the beef was as I had expected. Over tenderized and devoid of most of the natural flavour.
