Back at The Stamford Brasserie for a dinner of pastries, savouries and sweets.
Coffee praline croissant.
Nice milky coffee cream filling inside the layered pastry. Not overly sweet too. 馃憤馃徏
Snail pork sausage with a delicious caramelized onion gravy. Love the meaty sausage. Those creamy pappardelle-like things on top were sheets of potatoes. Tangy like a potato salad and also a little crunchy.
Seared halibut in amandine sauce was ethereal and buttery under the crispy skin.
Manjari chocolate rabbit which had an anise scented cherry compote and no rabbit meat. 馃槒 Not bad.
