Nice roast meats/siu mei/燒味 stall (Shop 3, G/F, Wah Yan Court, 2-3 Triangle Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). Crowd was pretty crazy and seating's limited.
How could we have said no to all of these?
Soup of the day - papaya white fungus and pork soup.
Roast meats were delicious. I prefer their siu yok/roast pork & ngor pei/goose drumstick over the char siew.
Their sour plum sauce was outstanding. I thought I could taste dried tangerine peel in it.
