I've noticed this Vietnamese coffee shop (263 Joo Chiat Road, tel : +65 6568 8529) has been around for some time. Never visited until now.
Tried their Dalat strawberry pressed bánh mì. In between the pressed buns were supposedly conserve made with strawberries from Vietnam's Da Lat region - the oldest strawberry growing region in the country. I was hoping that they would come with some butter but there weren't any. Couldn't tell if they were any different from regular strawberries.
Egg coffee or cà phê trứng. Not particularly outstanding with that egg froth or the coffee which wasn't very strong. I've previously had them at Red Sparrow and 123 ZÔ. Both of them were better tasting with eggier froth and richer coffee.
Their regular drip coffee was likewise a little weak in my opinion. Lacked punch from the aroma and intensity.
