Crayfish mee pok from Li Yuan Mee Pok (栗原ミーポック)
It's been some years since I've had the crayfish mee pok from these guys. Here's one from their shop at Commonwealth. That crayfish seemed less meaty and I'm pretty sure that there wasn't so much ginger previously in the soup on the side.
