Hai Nan Xu Ji Chicken Rice (#01-41 Marine Parade Central Food Centre, 84 Marine Parade Central) came by way of recommendation. It's the 3rd chicken rice stall I've tried here after Lee Heng Hainanese Chicken Rice and Zeng Ji Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice.
Like Zeng Ji, there doesn't seem to be extra charge for thigh meat. This was poached chicken thigh (白鸡尾) with an egg for $4. Very good value if I may say so. Frills free tender thigh meat with little dressing and rice that was just lightly flavoured which went well with their savoury lime-y & garlicky chilli.
