Cheese Board from Queic - a less expensive way to try some of their cheesecakes. From the left, it's the Gruyere, Brie, Valençay and Stilton; each named after the cheese they're made from. Don't know if the arrangement is by design - the one with the most salted flavour was from the left and becomes decreasingly salted with increasing sweetness towards the right.
I liked all of them. Without exception, they were a mixture of creamy salted sweetness that was much lighter than the looks suggested. The ones with slightly funky flavour were the Valençay and Stilton; goat and blue cheese respectively.
