Dinner at Saizeriya (#03-32/33 Century Square, 2 Tampines Central 5). Tried a couple of items which I've not seen on their menu before.
Asparagus with egg mayo was not great. The texture was a little spongy and the crunch was soft. Like they were over boiled or something. Not a fan of their egg mayo as well.
Black truffle mushroom pasta. Supposedly black truffle cream sauce.
This is how it can be improved. The noodles seem to be a little softer than the other outlets I've eaten at.
The other thing I've never noticed on the menu is prosciutto di Parma on their pizza. Paid to top up with extra cheese. It's actually not bad tasting.
