Does anyone know where to get this?
I can't really recall how I landed myself one of these but I like them and I don't remember seeing them around in the supermarkets. Does anyone have any idea?
This is so late, but I just discovered your blog and I'm back-reading all your entries haha.
I found something similar to this (generic, finely grated, dehydrated, hard cheese similar to parmesan but is actually a mix of various cheeses) at Phoon Huat before!

Good suggestion, Phoon Huat has slipped my guesses! I will take a look there when I pass by the next time.
