Breakfast at Sausage KL Cafe & Deli (Ground Floor Holiday Place Hotel, Jalan Ampang, Taman U Thant, 55000 Kuala Lumpur). They're a non-Halal all day English breakfast shop sequestered at the back of Holiday Place Hotel. Think house made sausages and pastries that clog your arteries.
We had a Builder's Breakfast which was a variation of their breakfast plate with some oat-y tasting black pudding with the works - grilled tomatoes, house made pork sausage, some back bacon, fried eggs, hash brown and fried bread. Hearty and greasy like it looked.
Some Gammon steak and eggs. Ham's a little dry and chewy. Their hash browns were pretty good with a light crisp on the exterior.
A side of beans and Dark Hart Lorne which was a Lorne sausage with black pudding in the middle.
A little sugar with the grilled tomatoes was nice.
So was maple syrup with the Gammon, eggs and and grilled pineapple.
