Two Men Bagel House ( 一, 二, 三, 四, 五, 六, 七, 八, 九, 十, 十一, 十二, 十三, 十四, 十五, 十六, 十七, 十八, 十九, 二十, 二十一, 二十二, 二十三, 二十四) recently refreshed their menu. Sweet Sixteen is part of the line up in the current outlet signatures. Speaking of which, shouldn't those be more appropriately called outlet exclusives? Signatures should be a permanent thing by virtue of being a signature item. The classics then ought to be the signatures. Anyways, the word has been wildly abused in the past decade. A signature is, at least in the context of menus, mostly meaningless.
Alrighty, back to the bagel. This one was slow roasted pork, Cheddar, Emmental with greens, fried egg and jalapeño. What got me curious was the lychee & longan tartar which was kinda lost in all the flavour. Sadly.
