I thought this was pretty enough to deserve a picture and since there was a picture, there came this post. Might as well talk a little about it. Must have been one of the healthiest meals I've had in a while. It's quinoa, but it's also a lot of other stuff - like LSA meal, hijiki salad, toasted pine nuts and steamed butternut squash. I liked it. Sweetness from the butternut squash and some salt from the hijiki.
