Don Lechon has an outpost at Alexandra (#01-10 Alexandra Central, 321 Alexandra Road, tel : +65 9778 9737). The first/last time we've eaten from them was some years back at their original branch at Guillemard Road.
I don't remember the lechon with enough clarity to make a comparison but this one was not bad tasting. The meat was thick cut and pretty tender with melty fats and decent crunchy crackling which was altogether delicious with the lechon sauce.
Finally got to try their bopis after so long. The gravy was creamy, savoury sweet and nutty with a bit of heat and underlying tanginess. For anyone that may not be in the know, it's made with chopped beef lungs and pig's heart so it has an offal-y undertone. Great pairing with rice.
