Strawberry mochi xiao long bao from Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐)
These strawberry mochi xiao long bao from Din Tai Fung were pretty good. There's a layer of tender chewy mochi under the wrapper filled with scalding hot strawberry sauce. Should have ordered the larger basket. 😬
