Kim's Roast (217 Syed Alwi Road) is located at the same coffee shop as The Beef House. We were drawn to them by what we've seen of their roasts online.
Got a plate of 油饭 with char siew and dang gui roast duck. And a few pieces of remaining off cuts of roast pork which the stall threw in for free.
They're all pretty good. Love the sweet caramelized char siew and from what we've had of the roast pork, we know we'll be coming back another time for more them.
A closer look at those fatty layers in the char siew. We'll be coming back for those too.
