Kuey teow 白 from You Yi Minced Meat Noodle (友谊肉脞面)

Kuey teow with no sambal or vinegar from You Yi. Adequately salted and lardy with heat just from the sliced chilli. Nice. What I didn't expect/understand this time round was, why were there fried wantons instead of the regular ones.
