Been many years since we last ate at The Beef House.
Their beef tendon balls elicited the same nostalgia as the previous time I had them. I've an updated take of that clear broth. I thought little of them in the past. I enjoyed the light clear beefiness this time round.
Got ourselves some smooth slurpy kuey teow today. Nice.
It was only when I was writing this that I remembered that we've had their soon kueh before. Same feelings as the last time about them.
